  • Rib Eye Steak

    12 oz per person, broiled with Buzz?s Seasoning and topped with your choice melted Blue Cheese Crumble, a light Au Poivre rub, or sauteed Hamakua Mushrooms

  • Wasabi Crusted Fresh Ahi Steak

    4 oz portion of Ahi seared in a wasabi panko crust, topped with a shitake sesame sauce; usually served med-rare

    6 pieces per person (this is our signature dish)

    1 pound per person, slip crab legs steamed and served with drawn butter
